Why Strutmasters

The 2011 to 2016 Equus is the flagship model of South Korean automaker Hyundai and comes equipped from the factory with an active air suspension system. The factory air system has several expensive and complicated components that rely heavily on electronics to work. An onboard air compressor, which retails for upwards of $2800 alone, is used to fill air struts in the front of the vehicle and a pair of air springs and air shocks in the rear. The cost of original equipment replacement parts on this vehicle can easily exceed $7000 for a complete overhaul.
